Once again a little off track, I’m always all over the place and today is no different. I know I said something about more Mantle related projects… but today is better!
Pancake Breakfast Gift Basket
This is a basic outline, by all means customize it to fit your giftee.
Boxes of Pancake mix, chocolate chips (this is for a sweets lover, blueberries would work for the healthy eaters), maple syrup, eggs (from my chickens), whisk, spatula (the flipping kind), mixing bowl with spout and a basket.

Wrap them up! Put the eggs in the bowl, wrap the easily wrap-able and semi-wrap the others (yes, I know you can tell it’s a whisk). I’ll add a package of bacon closer to Christmas and keep it in the ridge until gift time, nothing like confusing the family!
